Shinnihon Jisyo has started its business as a real estate agency specializing in vacation rental in Japan, covering from purchase of properties for vacation rental to customer supports including contract agency. Shinnihon Jisyo is trying to match a host looking for vacation rental property with an owner renting out his or her property as vacation rental. The newcomer, established in May 2016, also proposes fire insurance or partnership with an insurance company that provides a vacation rental plan.
