JR Kyushu, a railway company in Japan, prepares a share office function in Shinkansen for traveling workers

JR Kyushu, a railway company covering Kyushu area, will operate ‘Share Office Shinkansen’ in the limited period, preparing a remote-work car for traveling or commuting workers. Wi-Fi is available in a designated car in cooperation with NTT Docomo, and conversation over the mobile phone is also allowed. 

The Share Office Shinkansen will be operated on the line between Kagoshima and Hakata in the limited period from June 14 and 30 this year except weekend. A user has to buy a reserved-seat ticket for other normal car and move to the designated car without reserved-seats. 18 seats in the designated car are available.
