Korean Air will considerably extend flight networks to local cities in Japan in this summer schedule beginning on March 29 2026.
The airline will increase weekly flight frequencies from three to seven on the Seoul Incheon-Komatsu route, from three to five on the Seoul Incheon-Aomori route, from three to four on the Seoul Incheon-Okayama route and from three to seven on the Seoul Incheon-Niigata route (beginning on June 1 2026).
Daily flights between Seoul Incheon and Kumamoto will continue even in the summer schedule.
On the other hand, Korean Air will reduce from seven to three flights a week on the Seoul Incheon-Kagoshima and from four to three flights a week on the Seoul Incheon-Nagasaki route.
On the main routes to Haneda, Narita, Kansai, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sapporo and Okinawa, more than one flight a day will be maintained. On the Seoul Incheon-Kobe route, which opened in 2025, two flights a day will be maintained.
