Luggage storage provider Bounce has launched a luggage delivery service between Yamato Transport’s 3000 bases nationwide in Japan on its app. The service allows a traveler to deliver luggage between the Yamato’s offices or check-in counters for empty-hand travel. 

After booking a delivery service on the app, a traveler get QR code to receive luggage at a designated base without face-to-face communication with Yamato staff. The total length, width and height must not exceed 200cm and the maximum weight must not exceed 30kg. Delivery fare and commission are charged. 

Bounce plans to build a delivery network with stations, airports or hotels in the future.
