relux, the luxury hotel and ryokan booking engine of Japan, has started offering ‘relux chat concierge’ service on LINE in addition to the conventional concierge services on e-mail or over the phone.
‘relux chat concierge,’ which is consulted by full-time staff, is available for free from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and Saturday, proposing travel ideas or supporting bookings not only for FIT but also for group travel. For the service, registration at @relux on LINE is required.
