Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) reported that Japanese overseas travelers were up 0.3% year on year to 1,526,000 in September 2015, marking the first monthly growth in the last 16 months since May 2014. The total for the first nine months of 2015 was down 4.9% to 12,114,100.
