Seven-Eleven Japan has introduced a luggage storage service ‘ecbo cloak’ at 378 stores in 26 prefectures (as of December 2025) in collaboration with the service provider ‘ecbo’ to meet travelers’ needs especially for international visitors to Japan.

The service is available for 24 hours (depending on operation hours by store). The prices are 500 yen per day for bag size and 800 yen per day for suitcase size. A user can bring your luggage to the location after making a reservation and paying in advance via the ecbo cloak app or website,

ecbo cloak is currently available in over 1,000 locations across Japan, including cafes, shopping malls, train stations, and post offices across the city.
