ANA extended NDC-based air ticketing on Trip.com to 12 Asian markets including Japan, adding Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. NDC is International Air Transport Association (IATA)’s leading New Distribution Capability, which enables an airline to deliver more flexible and detailed information, such as ancillary services, to customers. 

In the 12 countries, it is possible on Trip.com for a user to change and refund ANA tickets in addition to booking and ticketing and also to purchase the same airfares and ancillary services as the ANA official website.
