Mistui Fudosan Hotel Management has introduced a childcare service ‘Parent Time’ for international family travelers to Japan in its operating hotels. Parent Time is a service provided by Synk. 

The service is staffed exclusively by nationally certified childcare workers, nurses, and midwives in multilingual and also partners with medical institutions. While children are in the care of the facility, it also offers programs such as Japanese cultural experiences.

Parent Time is available in ‘Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba,’ ‘Hotel The Celestine Ginza’ and ‘Hotel The Celestine Kyoto Gion.’ 

Synk plans to gradually expand the service area and participating hotels through its collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management and to develop family-oriented experience programs.
