Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) reported that the number of Japanese international travelers in November 2025 was up 13.2% year on year to 1,330,000. The monthly growth rate returned to double-digit again.
Compared to November 2019 (1.64 million travelers) before COVID-19, it was still down 19.0%.
