Travelzoo, the U.S. online travel information media, has recently announced that it will withdraw from the Asia Pacific market because of its accumulated losses in the market. Travelzoo Japan, however, has acquired all of the Travelzoo Japan stocks from U.S. Travelzoo and signed a license contract with them to continue the services in Japan.
U.S. Travelzoo has announced that it is focusing on its business in North America and Europe.
