A Japanese TV station enters into the travel business to offer tailer-made tours inspired by TV programs to luxury inbound travelers

TBS or Tokyo Broadcasting System Television, one of the key TV station in Japan, has launched a new travel brand ‘Suika’ to provide luxury inbound travelers with tailer-made tours, which are creased based on the TV program contents for local communities that TBS and 28 group stations have broadcasted for a long time.

TBS said, “To provide the best experiences covering a variety of Japanese cultures, such as arts, traditions, architectures, foods, nature or entertainments is our mission as an entertainment company.” TBS is optimizing a wide range of networks and creativity for the travel business. 

‘Suika’ targets luxury travelers from APAC, France and U.S. in the beginning and plans to extend the service worldwide. 

On the official website, ‘NinjaWarrior,’ an experience based on the world-popular physical game program ‘SASUKE’ an exclusive tea ceremony or Geisha program in Kenrokuen, Kanazawa or a program to operate the giant robot ‘GUNDAM’ are now on sale.
