Comparison of Japanese travelers among Australia, Canada and New Zealand in March 2015

When Japanese travelers to Australia, Canada and New Zealand in March 2015 are compared based on the tourism authorities’ statistics, those to Australia were down 8.2% year on year to 34,500, while those to Canada and New Zealand increased by 2.4% to 18,600 and by 19.4% to 10,300 respectively.

Japanese travelers to Canada resulted in tear-on-year growths in every month in the last 12 months, and those to Australia fell into the monthly reduction in March from the monthly increases in January and February.
