‘SUSHI BUS,’ a service that allows passengers to enjoy conveyor-belt sushi while gazing at Tokyo's cityscape from a double-decker bus, is available to offer an experience where the journey itself is part of the enjoyment by combining Japanese food culture with city sightseeing.

The bus departs from and returns to the Kajibashi Parking Lot near Tokyo Station, taking passengers on a tour of the city that lasts approximately 70 minutes. Passengers seated on the open-top upper deck can enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi served via a dedicated conveyor belt. The sushi is prepared in a kitchen on the lower deck and transported to the upper deck by an onboard elevator. There are 20 seats in total, and the price is 16,000 yen per adult (tax included; drinks included). In the event of rain, the service operates with a transparent roof closed.

While the primary target audience is inbound tourists, the service is also open to Japanese people. According to the operator SUSHI BUS, Japanese customers accounted for approximately 70% of bookings during the first five days after reservations opened on September 30.
