Japanese experience booking platform Veltra has started testing ‘REI,’ a membership concierge service for Japanese and international luxury travelers, to provide priceless tailor-made travels.
The service is that an exclusive concierge (or curator) arranges a personalized itinerary based on a member’s wishes or backgrounds and creates community-oriented experiences covering a wide variety of local activities, such as wellness, adventure or tradition and culture.
After the test phase, Veltra plans to move the service forward to a referral-based paid membership system
