Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) reported that Japanese overseas travelers were up 3.2% year on year to 1,458,000 in October 2016. The total for the first ten months of 2016 was up 4.8% to 14,176,600. In 2016, the monthly growths were found in every month except May.
