JTB announced that ‘JTB BÓKUN,’ an activity booking management system, has launched a new system linkage with ‘OMUSUBI,’ a SEEC’s booking management system to manage bookings from multiple OTAs.
JTB BÓKUN has a strong network with global OTAs, and OMUSUBI with domestic OTAs in Japan. The system linkage allows activity operators to manage both domestic and overseas bookings together, which helps them avoid overlapped bookings and improve business operations.
New bookings and cancellations on JTB BÓKUN automatically transfer into OMUSUBI through the Webhook function, without physical works to transfer booking information. An activity operator uses the system linkage by opening both systems’ accounts.
