KNT-CT Holdings, a major travel agent of Japan, has started selling Japanese ‘DO (way)’ discipline as modern wellness experiences for international travelers and opened a booking platform ‘JAPAN DO Wellness,’ on which a variety of ‘DO’ experience contents are sold.
The project aims to provide experiences that will help people understand the significance of Japan's spiritual culture, which has been passed down since ancient times, through performing arts and martial arts and to harmonize the mind and body.
For the "Do" experiences, the company is also considering collaborating with local temples, shrines, and Do masters to create locally unique experiences.
The first ‘JAPAN DO Wellness’ products include one-day trip to Harusame-ji in Shinagawa, Tokyo and Jyosho-ji in Toyota City, Aichi.
