NAVITIME JAPAN, a navigation app provider, has begun offering a generative AI-based tourism guide solution exclusively for local governments, DMOs or tourism operators. AI automatically answers queries from travelers instead of staff who assist them in giving tourist information.
The BtoB solution is based on the BtoC AI-based solution ‘NAVITIME Travel,’ providing a set of a chat screen and a management screen.
Also, the solution incorporates government’s or company’s own spot data, FAQ, a response history and a data analysis function visualizing query contents.
A traveler can use it on governments’ or companies’ official websites and on tablets placed at tourist information offices. Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean are available.
