Trip.com broadcasts TV CM to boost overseas travel and appeal its customer supports for Japanese consumers

Trip.com has begun broadcasting TV CM featuring Japanese actress Rinka Kumada to boost overseas travel of Japanese consumers. The CM sends a message of ‘very close to the world,’ depicting fun travels for ladies in South Korea, for solo travel in Taiwan and for couples in Thailand.

The CM deliberately depicts everyday scenes in black and white, then changes to colorful scenes and music from a travel destination, symbolically expressing, both visually and aurally, the sense of freedom that comes from traveling.

In addition, the CM emphasizes customer supports in Japan for 24 hours in 365 days, the lowest price hotel guarantee and its original coin and mile-based point service.
