HIS will open unstaffed stores to provide online travel consultation in ‘Aeon Mall’ in Hokkaido and Aomori. The online customer relationship is expected to be a new solution under the current new normal lifestyle.
The unstaffed virtual store, built based on the technology of Nurve, a VR contents provider, is a system to propose travel products, sharing the same screen images with a customer. HIS will encourage shoppers to use the contactless travel consultation in shopping.
