Japanese overseas travelers were up 12.1% to 1.74 million in March 2017

Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) reported that Japanese overseas travelers were up 12.1% year on year to 1,739,000 in March 2017 (preliminary figures), marking a double-digit growth for two months in a row.
