Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management introduced the Prosent’s online medical consultation service ‘Mimipo for Travel’ in its 39 hotels nationwide.
Mimipo for Travel launched its service in June 2025. In addition to 24/7 online medical consultations available from hotel rooms, the service also provides one-stop support including prescription drug pickup at nearby pharmacies, assistance with overseas travel insurance claims after returning home, and referral and appointment support for nearby medical institutions.
As of March 26 2026, the service was introduced in more than 120 hotels of 120 companies.
The multi-languages online is expected to reduce burdens on hotel staff in terms of medical services to international guests and to improve operational efficiency.
