SQUEEZE, a company providing cloud-based accommodation management systems and hotel operation, will open "SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA JINNAN" in July 2026 in Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, in collaboration with REALGATE, a company that renovates used buildings.
The 50-year-old building, located in a location just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station, has been renovated into "JINNAN VALLEY," a mixed-use complex of shops, offices, and a hotel.
The hotel meets mid-term or longterm stay guests’ needs, offering good enough space for a family or a group and equipping kitchens and laundries in all rooms.
The Hotel introduces SQUEEZE’s next generation operation platform ‘suitebook’ for effective and suitable hotel management.
SQUEEZE and REALGATE signed a comprehensive partnership agreement in January 2026 to integrate the revitalization and development of old buildings in urban areas with hotel management. Following ‘Hatagaya’ which opened in January 2026 and ‘Jinnan’ this time, they will open urban hotels in ‘Higashiazabu' in August 2026 and ‘Tamachi’ in March 2027.
