JALPAK becomes No.1 customer satisfactory travel company, and Singapore Airlines in the international aviation category

Japan Productivity Center Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth (SPRING) announced the FY2019 fourth Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) targeting 76 companies in seven industries (surveyed in August and September 2019).

In the travel category, JALPAK becomes No.1 customer satisfactory company, followed by Hankyu, Nippon Travel Agency (NTA), JTB,iIkyu.com and Jalan.net. In the international aviation category, Singapore Airlines returned to No.1, followed by ANA as 2nd and JAL as 3rd. In the domestic long-haul transportation category, Star Flyer continued being top for six years in a row, and top 5 are airlines, and among railways, Hokuriku Shinkansen was top as 5th.
