JTB sells a New Year cruise tour for Guam and Saipan on a TV shopping program in ties-up with QVC Japan

JTB has began selling a 9-days New Year cruise tour for Guam and Saipan with MSC Bellissima on the Shopping Channel QVC, a TV shopping program sponsored by QVC Japan. JTB has a plan to extend the TV shopping opportunity in a tie-up with QVC Japan, expecting it will be a new sales channel. 

Shopping Channel QVC mainly merchandizes apparel products, introducing stories behind the product development. This is the first travel product for the program. The tie-up is expect to generate customer-based synergy effects for both of the companies.
