A Japanese traditional travel agent ties up with OTA to sell individual overseas travel reciprocally

Hankyu Travel International, a Japanese traditional travel agent, signed a business partnership agreement with AirTrip, a Japanese OTA, to sell overseas travel products for individual travelers reciprocally on AirTrip’s dynamic package brand ‘AirTrip Plus’ and Hankyu’s individual overseas travel brand ‘e-very.’ Both of them expect that the partnership will generate synergy effects in the outbound travel market from Japan.

Hankyu has business strengths in a core package tour brand ‘Trapics’ as well as ‘e-very,’ while AirTrip is one of the OTA leaders for overseas travel in selling hotels, international air tickets and dynamic packages.
