KLM launches a human-based LINE chat service in Japanese for 24 hours in 365 days

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has launched a LINE chat service in Japanese on its official LINE account for 24 hours in 365 days. This is the first service as an airline in Japan, according to KLM.

The service is based on ‘chat support,’ a menu on its official LINE account, for booking, e-ticketing, change of booking, seat assignment, delivery of e-ticket, online check-in or delivery of a boarding pass. KLM opened its official LINE account in October 2018, and the chat support for 24 hours in 365 days works on the Dentsu Isobar platform.
