U.S. cruise companies announces cancelations of their Japan-based cruise tours due to the new coronavirus

Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises announced cancelations of their East Asia cruise tours, including Japan-based tours, by May this year amid spread of the new coronavirus.

 Royal Caribbean International will cancel the following cruise tours:

SPECTRUM OF THE SEAS

From/to Shanghai on February 4, 8, 13, 20, 25 and 29

 QUANTUM OF THE SEAS

10 days tour from Singapore to Thailand and Vietnam on February 15

10 days tour from Singapore to Philippines and Vietnam on February 24

 Celebrity Cruises will cancel the following ‘Celebrity Millennium’ cruise tours:

15 days from Singapore to Yokohama via Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan on February 29

15 days from Hong Kong to Shanghai via Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and China on March 14

14 days from Shanghai to Yokohama via Beijing, South Korea, Kobe and Shimizu on March 28

12 days for Japan cruise from/to Yokohama on April 10

12 days for Japan cruise from/to Yokohama on April 21

9 days from/ to Yokohama via Amami, Okinawa, Ishigaki and Taiwan on May 2

14 days from Yokohama to Vancouver via Hakodate and Russia on May 10
